Before EdgePetrol, retailers were making important decisions around how to price fuel based on after-the-fact data and lacked visibility on whether the price changes they implement were correct….until it was too late.

Thousands of hardworking, mostly independent family-owned businesses are still impacted by this broken system. At EdgePetrol we are reimagining fuel pricing for them, bringing real-time data to their fingertips and helping them to set the optimal price for their fuel.

🕺 What is the role?

The Implementation Associate is the key resource in configuring the EdgePetrol platform. This position works with individuals across the company to ensure successful client implementations. The role is a hybrid implementation and operations analyst with primary functions related to data, digital configuration, process development, and project management. This individual's responsibilities include participating on various highly visible cross-functional project teams to ensure our clients' successful launch and ongoing operations.   

Getting customers onto a live product smoothly, transparently, and quickly has a huge impact on their engagement and satisfaction. We work with large transactional data sets that are coming from multiple sources. As we continue to grow and expand our customer base, repeatability and speed of process will be key to unlocking invoiced revenue.

Responsibilities - a great [role] will:

• Lead the drive to get sites through the implementation pipeline to live.
• Make sure the team is focused on and achieving against quarterly OKRs.
• Act as a knowledge center for new team members to help them ramp quickly and provide fast value to the team.
• Work daily as with customers, providing them with the best possible implementation experience.
• Make key decisions on implementation routes whilst investigating and assessing new out-of-the-box solutions.
• Work closely with the EdgePetrol Product Team to find new solutions for implementation problems and roadblocks.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are being met internally and by our partners.

• Contribute to the development of the implementation plan.

Experience and skills required:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in relevant implementation roles.
• Led or participated in multiple projects concurrently 
• Have strong technology acumen combined with critical thinking and problem-solving
• Have worked directly with customers on delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential
• Knowledge of relevant technologies (eg. SQL, JIRA, PM Tools).
