Demand Generation Manager

At EdgePetrol we are putting our foot on the gas and planning to accelerate our growth by four times in the next year. Our driven and skilled team have done a great job building a trusted brand with a great product that has helped our organic growth and with outbound sales strategies, but- in order to meet ambitious targets- we need to maximize our revenue with more inbound leads that result in qualified sales opportunities. This is where you- our growth-hacking Demand Generation Manager- comes in.

We are disrupting the fuel market. Our users are petrol station owners around the globe who are using our software to transform the way they are working. Our customers have disposed of spreadsheets and post-it notes that they have been using for 30 years in exchange for the live, accessible, and valuable insight that our software provides.

You get the unique opportunity to jump on board at a very exciting time. The marketing foundation is set and we’re now building the marketing team. Report directly to the VP of Marketing, working in alignment  with the Sales and Customer Success teams - you will be critical in the evolving success of EdgePetrol’s marketing and revenue channels. ‍

Setting up, monitoring, and optimising paid media campaigns is what you're all about. You are on top of the latest inbound marketing developments and running campaigns and various experiments simultaneously at the same time is your bread and butter. You have excellent analytical skills and know what is needed to improve the quality of our leads. Thanks to your evangelism your colleagues understand the need for good data even better and know how to collect and store this.

Role responsibilities:

• Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Work cross-functionally to improve inbound and outbound marketing efforts. .
• Find creative ways to reach potential customers and be the secret sauce to our growth.
• Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure.
• Implement testing across channels to optimise efficiency.
• Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates.
• Carry lead generation targets and report on progress.
• Granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
  

What we're looking for in you:

• Between 2-5 years of hands-on experience driving demand generation and scaling growth, ideally in a fast-growing software or technology organisation.
• Deep understanding of content distribution strategies across various channels and platforms.
• Experience in end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• A strong affinity for good design and UI/UX.
• Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Adwords, Analytics, Data Studio, Linkedin Campaign Manager and demonstrated experience in B2B full-funnel measurability.
• Excellent understanding of the role of SEO in content marketing.
• Evidence of improving sales conversions to the point of purchase, and beyond.

Nice-to-haves:

• Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS.
• A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work.
